Kathy Duva is up next. She is the CEO of Main Event Promotions and worried about the coronavirus. Her and Woodsy talk Sergey "Krusher" Kovalev and some other prospects coming up the pipeline for them.

Last but not least, Ali Watkins from the NY Times phones in. She talks about her new piece "How New York City Lost Boxing".

Ken Casey combines the classic DropKick Murphys and boxing for us on the pod, and Kyle Sarofeen gives us an insight so some great reading every boxing fan should have.

Next is manager in the fight game, Rick Glaser. Rick is being inducted into the NY state boxing hall of fame and Woodsy congratulates him. 

Wrapping up part one of EP 196, is the millennial wrap up with producer Andrew Cho. Cho shares the latest pop culture beef and tries to calm down Woodsy about the Stephen A-Joe Rogan debacle.

The next event is Charles Conwell. Some of you may remember Conwell from the unfortunate fight that took Pat Day's life. This sport can be cruel, and Charles tells us what his mindset is into his next fight. 

Closing the show is Woodsy and his producer Cho. Woodsy gives an update on his new year's resolution, and Cho talks about getting called out on Instagram.

Talkbox has a returning guest today. Art Lovely! Art is joining us in studio and is excited to "be back" in the 20's. Art is pushing 92 years old, so he has a lot of stories to tell as he shares his view on how women in boxing has changed so much.

Mike Hilton is the main attraction this weekend in Trenton. He shares where he's at in his undefeated career and also a little bit on the rough background he's had to overcome. 

Frederick Julan is a boxer from France. He talks us through what it's like to be a prospect pushing towards contender status. Also what the move was like from France to New York.

Talkbox's first pod of the year! So many questions heading into 2020, we have a man who can answer a few of them, Derrick James, leading off the show. Derrick is the head trainer of Jermell Charlo, Errol Spence, and others.  He'll talk about everything, even the biggest fight on everyone's mind, a possible Spence vs Crawford.

Jesse Hart is a light heavyweight fired up and headlining Top Rank's Atlantic City card this Saturday. He's fighting a man who beat his hero and he's sharing with us his mindset for the fight coming up.

Cem Kilic is the co-main event to the Jesse Hart card and he's also the co-main on this pod! The Turkish super-middleweight takes on Stephen Nelson.

In light of some anti-Semitic attacks in New York last week, Yuri Foreman has decided to help people learn self defense. The fighting rabbi is teaching this self-defense class for anyone who feels threatened by recent attacks and he'll be doing that over at the famed and fabled Gleason's Gym.

Perfecting Athletes is next up! They help elite athletes with their health and have done great works with champs such as Terence Crawford, Jamel Herring, the MMA super camp American Top Team, and more! Little bits of knowledge for everyone in their conversation with Woodsy.

Last on the list, just a small chat on New Year's resolution between Woodsy and Producer Cho.

Next up is bantamweight contender, Elton Dharry. Dharry is coming off of a very close loss for a world title, and he shares a little bit of how he is doing afterwards. He promotes his own shoes and shares his road to being a world title holder.

Army veteran and boxing connoisseur, Augustus Tyler phones in and is up third. He shares how the Army days were the best days of how life and how boxing was a part of it all.

Michael Woods has a face off for two fighters with a scheduled rematch happening soon. It is Johnny Hernandez and Danny Gonzalez talking about their fight, history, and preparations to settle their beef once and for all. A bit of tension in the room, and Woodsy tries his best to manage these two hungry contenders.

Longtime promoter and Jersey native, Kathy Duva, phones in next. Kathy is CEO of Main Events Promotions and shares her perspective on her fighter, Sergey Kovalev. She even shares with us what Sergey told her in the ring about his future in the fight game. 

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is still alive and well! CEO of the promotion, David Feldman phones in to talk upcoming fight cards and Paulie Malignaggi???

Jim Boone runs KO tickets and shares his forecast on the boxing industry from a tickets perspective. Some good information on how Canelo and Logan Paul businesses differ.

Last but certainly not least, Latavia Roberson phones in to the podcast. Latavia is a former member of hit group, Destiny's Child, and she shares what made her go into the boxing world as a manager.
